On the second floor, two classic suites with private bathrooms; on the ground floor, a double room overlooking the garden and a family suite with separate entrance are dedicated to guests. Also on the ground floor are the common areas: the breakfast room, kitchenette, veranda reading room, and garden.

In the two large full-wall bookcases are collected a historical archive on the Resistance, a selection of political and philosophical essays and period magazines, and a section devoted to fiction: art thrillers, romance novels, women's literature, the comics, graphic novels, and volumes on art, history, and poetry.
In the veranda are collected fiction and poetry texts and a small selection of texts in the original language.
